This was our first time taking our cat, Blitz to Rapawzel - we couldn't be more impressed! The staff was so welcoming and made my cat at ease right away. They took the time to understand my pet's needs and explained the grooming process thoroughly. When I picked up Blitz, he looked amazing, clean, well groomed and happy.
