Excellent, I give 5 stars, I used to take my dog to a groomer in 37 ave, because it was close to my house, until one day, I knew my dog was abused because she was very upset, then I switched to petisa spa, 3 years already, I am happy to see my dog happy. Don't matter if is far from my house

I have been going to Petisa for over 20 years. Nancy is the sweetest and most caring groomer. My poor Abby is very frail these days and Nancy makes sure to take her time with her and has so much patience. She is so kind and professional. My doggie comes out looking beautiful. Petisa is the best groomer in all of Jackson Heights. I wouldn't take my baby girl anywhere else.Love Nancy and Petisa spa!

I've been going to Petisa on and off over the years and they have always been wonderful. What made me a true believer so to speak is when earlier this year after ankle surgery, 4th floor walk-up, no help, my dog in dire need of a grooming, and getting turned away from Yopets (appointment only policy no exceptions) Nancy took us in. I barely got to say anything when Nancy was saying that she would take us in and would not even dream of having me come back another day. Honestly, I even teared I was so moved by the kindness and compassion she showed us. And as always my dog came out looking like he should be on the cover of doggie vouge lol.
