“I moved to Kingston recently and this studio has been one of many wonderful places to land in Kingston. They offer a very welcoming and inclusive atmosphere with so much attention to each student having a positive experience. It’s obvious how much effort the owners and the teachers put in to making this studio a place where people can feel comfortable and get a good workout.”
Balance Point Acupuncture and Massage therapy

She knows EXACTLY how to release the spasm and realign whatever is unaligned, regardless if it is musculoskeletal or internal organ related”
