Took a little vacation upstate and wanted to get my partner into yoga so we booked a Hot Vinyasa Yoga class. I was a little worried about going to hot yoga without any preparation but I ended up LOVING the class. It's a no-frills yoga place but the instructor was REALLY good. Her attentiveness and the detail of her instruction varies on the students' needs. Her teaching style was firm, focused and yet energetically calming. I found myself pushing myself to do better and feeling good about it. I can only imagine that the other classes and their instructors are just as good. We stopped for a yoga class on our way to NYC and it was an excellent experience. Great energy. Open to newcomers. Supportive. Clean and well-supplied. Cheerful, down-to-earth owner. Great HVAC ;-)

After covid probably the only local studio that offers TRUE Hot Yoga. A few other locals say "hot yoga" but it's more warm. The teachers are so kind and qualified. I love all the prompts and how they have improved my practice. All the instructors I have taken are extremely skilled in the traditional Bikram practice. My only issue is I wish they had more early am classes especially ones that are not silent since that's not really something I prefer. I do wish they posted who was teaching the class on their scheduling but I haven't had any bad teachers so ultimately not a huge issue. Also quite nice that they have showers.
