“The Pilates Reformer class with Shannon George was amazing!!! I was in a trio with two other students. We each had different range of motion and spring tension and she gave each of us AMAZING cues and personal attention to hit our cutting edge!!! I loved it! Her playlist was subtle but awesome and her energy was so uplifting ? I’m still chuckling at her clever cueing names and positive energy. Hooked!! Can’t wait for next session. My body feels so good from just one session!!!!! Thanks Shannon!!”
