I had an issue with it (no fault of his) and he showed up on a Sunday and helped get it back and running. I would recommend to anyone. “I had the pleasure of working with Chris x2 on a 5 split unit cleaning this fall/winter. We reached out as they were local and pricing looked very reasonable online. Called them up and scheduled quick and easy. Once they arrived, they walked us through the process and got straight to it. Both Chris were extremely professional and kind. Took approximately 20 min per unit and 20-30 for the outdoor units. If you look during their process, they are very thorough and diligent with their work. “I wish I had called them sooner! I had family staying with me and the dryer was getting used more than usual, and clothes were still damp after a drying cycle. I spoke to Robin and she scheduled me for the next day. I’m glad I called when I did, as they found tons of lint in the unit and vent that hadn’t been cleaned in 8 years! I thought emptying the lint trap was sufficient, but the technician recommended having this cleaning done every 2 years for the safety and longevity of the house and unit.

He said that we had a few options. I chose to do whatever it took to remove the snake.
