Wilson was very meticulous with getting the new unit to sit right in the window and made sure the bracket was centered right. I didn't need to say anything he just did it all on his own which impressed me. They even offered to take the trash down which I didn't need but I appreciated the offer nonetheless. If my other unit ever dies on me I know who to call to replace it with a new unit.“
