What began as a straightforward exterior painting project quickly turned into a much larger restoration job once work got underway. As is often the case with older homes, we discovered extensive rot in multiple areas of the trim, along with sections of cedar shingles that needed to be completely replaced. In some locations, the damage was so significant that entire sections had to be torn down and rebuilt before painting could even begin.
Despite the expanded scope of work, Patrick and his team handled every challenge with care, precision, and a positive attitude. They kept us informed throughout the process, took the time to do things correctly, and never cut corners. The crew worked incredibly hard—even through several days of rain—to keep the project moving forward.
