I have written reviews in the past and can only repeat what I’ve said before. I trust Anthony, he is professional, knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to work with. I had ice on my heat pump and he took care of the problem and said to call him if it appeared again. I don’t worry because I know I can count on him it’s come back if needed.

Ok, I have been a satisfied customer of Servcon since 2017. Anthony Cascello is the owner. I have always had the opportunity to write a STERLING review, I just was distracted/lazy. However, today is different. I returned home to find my outdoor unit making a grinding sound, steam coming off it, the cage & top hot, fan blades not moving!!! I made an appt., 3/4 available for Monday. Then within a few minutes, Mr Cascello called me to tell that my unit was in defrost mode! Had nothing to worry about. Anthony could have made an easy $250 service call & I would be none the wiser. Instead, he cancelled my appt. Who does that? Mr Anthony Cascello does. I highly recommend him...read full review
