The doctor was so knowledgeable and diagnosed issues that nobody else had ever diagnosed. As a result, I got glasses that have literally changed my life. And on top of that, everyone in the office - including the doctor - is so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend for truly excellent service!“

“I made an appointment online and they were 45 minutes behind during my 1 hour lunch break. When I mentioned I was waiting too long, I have to say they jumped up to push me through and were extremely apologetic - everyone! Ended up loving my visit. “I’ve been wearing glasses for the last 37 years, mostly progressives. I’ve been to a variety of places in my lifetime but none have been as professional as Village. Greg and crew are very adept and Dr. Krassnoff has the most modern equipment for eye examination. At my age of 70+ years, my most recent AI Varrilux glasses have my vision like when I was a teenager. They don’t upsell in my opinion, they do recommend that which improves vision. Many people I know tend to be frugal about what they spend on glasses but the “extras” are what really make your vision optimal. I appreciate Village Optical and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.“

“We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up—?? I tool it!
Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified
We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!!
I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also
This practice is a great option for a professional / clean / efficient experience.

Dr. Napolitano took her time with my son — sensitive- AND my wife had a hair stuck in her eye- embedded deep — she REMOVED it gently and quickly - we paid a copay— well worth it!!!

“I have been examined now by both Dr Getz and Dr Zachariah. Both times I have received great care and thorough exams. I never wore glasses and was nervous but they both have went above and beyond to put me at ease, get my vision to where it needs to be and find a great pair of glasses at a fair price. “I originally came from Long Island but now live in Brooklyn. My 3-year-old son recently needed a stronger prescription for his glasses, and I was becoming so frustrated trying to find an optical shop that could properly fit him.
