He was out of town but assured me that it would be taken care of that day. He arrived in the afternoon and repaired the damage. He is a man of his word, is very reliable and reasonable. “Recently found a small stain on my freshly painted ceiling.Naturally, these things just don’t go away so I called around, read a few dozen reviews and called these guys first.Very friendly admin on phone, she made me feel comfortable as this is “what they do in the off season”, roof repairs.Well, “Rick” came right out, climbed up into my crawl space attic (not an easy feat) took a few pix, assessed the situation and identified the problem immediately.He not only advised me what the issue was but made a short term fix (For Free) that he said would last several months or more if I decided not to go with the long term solution at this time.He left and I got the quote same day.I was very grateful for the short term fix and I decided to go with the long-term solution anyway.I left it up to them when they wanted to come back and do it and they said they’d give me a call.A couple of days go by and Rick stopped by with another person during a snowstorm.He said no big deal that’s what we do.Two hours later I have the correction in place that will last me another 50 years and I couldn’t be happier.Quick, very friendly, cleaned up everything and did a great quality job, w/pictures.Highly recommended“

“This was our first experience building a new home. It was surprisingly easy! Andrew (Martin) is very straight forward and cares about building a qualityhome. We were admittedly, very picky customers,and we were not disappointed!Andrew evaluated the lot before we purchased, which was reassuring. During the planning we met several times with the architect, and Andrew made cost saving suggestions which was great.Andrew's team was truly wonderful. We can't say enough about Scott, Mike, Rob, Rich, and Bill. They took our happiness seriously! They were experienced professionals and craftmanship was excellent. They communicated well amongst themselves, as well as with us, and the subs.We were free to talk to anyone on site at anytime.The atmosphere was very open and calm.Andrew kept us updated, responded promptly to any phone calls/texts, and met with us on site as needed. “My father and sister and my husband and I live across the street from each other. We watched the work Mr. Bront and his team did on another neighbor's driveway. We were impressed and asked him to give us an estimate on both of our driveways. He gave us an estimate to dig up driveways and totally replace them, including some widening and work to decrease any puddling. We gave him our deposits. This was on September 4th. He gave us an estimated time frame of the 2nd week in October that he would be out with his crew to do both of our driveways. That time-frame came and went with no call from Mr. Bront. We called multiple times as did my sister and dad. He answered each of our calls once and said that he had forgotten. He said he had the contracts but couldn't remember where they were. He told both of us that he would be out the following week. The week of Halloween. He never showedUPDATE: Mr. Bront showed up to do the 3 driveways in our small neighborhood last week (November 19th) which included our 2 driveways and another neighbor's. After talking to some of his workers and Mr. Bront himself it seems as though they were quite overbooked this fall. He came back to our neighborhood to do them all at once. All in all the quality of the work is superior, as we witnessed earlier in the summer with other neighbors driveways. We are quite happy with the work. Though we did express our displeasure to Mr. Bront regarding his tardiness and lack of returning calls, to which he did apologize profusely for, we offered to come back to this review and update our ratings based on the work we received. We have to give him a 5 star rating. This guy and his crew know what they are doing and do it well. It is understandable why he was so booked this year. Thanks for making good on the contract E.R.
