I did my due diligence and got three estimates before choosing Michael C. Graham & Sons. Michael was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and concerns. I liked his vibe right away. I also checked many reviews, and they confirmed that I had made the right choice. Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking—those were the words I kept seeing, and I found them to be true.
After my free estimate, Michael left me with his phone number. Prior to that, I had done my own Google search so I would know what questions to ask. I was also able to speak with Lauren, the secretary, many times. She was absolutely delightful and always pleasant to deal with.
