Jim and his guys are great. Can’t say enough about punctuality, responsiveness, and quality. The deck looks like it will last longer then the house will. Haha We did have a problem, but Jim fixed it. We recently had an elderly family member come live with us and needed railings built for our interior stairs so she could get up to her room. She had already fallen once, so this was something of a safety emergency. We contacted several different contractors, handyman services and carpenters, but were told they were too busy, our project wasn't large enough to be worth it to take on or we got no response. Jim responded to my after hours email the next day. He was also busy, but promised to check on us in a month when things slowed down. If we hadn't found anyone by then he would build our railings.
