I had been referred to The Optical Shop recently, and spent quite a bit of time looking at frames with the dynamic mother daughter duo, placing an order for a pair of frames atypical from my usual style. About a week later they were ready, and WOW. I was floored. The lens looked, dare I say, normal?! Just a regular pair of gorgeous glasses. He was so kind, gentle and accommodating. He gave me drops and covered my eye to keep me from touching it until I could get to a doctor. I cannot explain in words how deeply grateful I am.
