I own a mix of rugs collected from trips a Moroccan flatweave, a small silk Persian runner, and a larger Turkish wool rug. They handled each one like a separate project, explaining how Persian rug cleaning requires different care than Turkish rug cleaning or Moroccan rug cleaning. They picked up everything directly from my apartment and transported it to their facility with modern machines and drying systems. “My basement was flooded and the first team, headed by Riccardo came in and got all the water up and stacked the contents I had in the basement so I could go through it. The second team headed up by a Juan and Andre did a very good job in picking up the carpet, taking the entire tile floor up and taking down the paneling in the basement. They cleaned up, disinfected and put down mold prevention spray. They were very nice and very organized in their approach to getting the job done. I would recommend this team if you ever have a flood situation to cleanup.”
