NYSteamers are a rare exception in the world of carpet cleaning.I have had mostly bad experience when using anyone in this industry. NYSteamers are a breath of fresh air.After a backup they were ready to help me with a next day appointment, and Meir accommodated me with the exact time I was available.The technician Jack was really phenomenal.He was professional, competent, detailed, and eager to please.Happy I found them!

Meir was great to work with. He's incredibly knowledgeable about persian rugs and helped me navigate the decisions of how to best take care of a new purchase I made. I'm thrilled with the result and my living room is definitely transformed. The rug looks 10x better than when I bought it. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! They were able to get a big coffee stain out of my white Viscose rug that stains easily! It looks cleaner and better than ever and I am so lucky to have used them!! Very reliable and so amazing what they were able to do!
