I reached out to NorthEastern Services to get a quote to do a mold remediation and they responded right away and was able to set up an appointment early the next morning. They arrived on time which was great. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable and I was able to get a quote the same day and I decided to go with them. When they did the job they put down paper in the house so they don't dirty the house and they sealed off everything. The workers were all nice and they cleaned up after themselves. If I could give you six stars, I would! I have a three story in Greenpoint that constantly has flooding issues in the basement. We've installed a pump and still we've replaced our carpet three times over the last 10 years due to flooding. The first week of May we had a lot of rain and we had too much water for the pump and we had severe flooding in the basement. Some of the quotes we were getting were outrageous. This was the first reasonable quote we got and from there we got free mold inspection and well priced treatment.
