The team at Paul Davis did an amazing job restoring my apartment after a major water leak and full floor replacement. They packed up my stuff, remediated the water damage, did a beautiful job restoring my apartment, and moved my personal items back in on timeline. They dealt with a difficult insurance carrier too. Excellent repairs to damage in my home due to burst water pipe. Quality of repairs was superb and completed within promised 3-day timeframe. I had a pipe freeze and burst. My basement and all its contents was under 1.5 ft of water. The basement was partially finished and contained 30 years of accumulated stuff. Paul Davis in Queens NY was recommended by a friend. They were and still are amazing. My contact person Roman, is always available to answer questions. The clean out crew who emptied personal contents and walls, floors etc were unbelievably hard working and courteous. I mostly conversed with the crew member Lilly, who was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Paul Davis in Queens.
