We would like to highly recommend Eddie Rocca of PDR. He served as the manager/foreman of a highly complex project for us involving removal and replacement of a hard wood floor due to water damage. Eddie stepped up from the beginning and masterfully managed and coordinated the many steps involved in the project (moving out the furniture, removing built in bookcases and cabinets, uprooting the floor, drying the floor, testing the slab to make sure it was dry, reconstructing the foundation, installing the insulation and radiant heat, and culminating with the hard wood floor itself). I was referred to Paul Davis after a bad roof leak destroyed my apartment. I needed almost a complete gut renovation and the Paul Davis team was wonderful to work with. Robb was my project manager and he helped make me feel at ease during a very stressful time. He was very communicative and clear about the whole process and he was always willing to take the time to answer my questions and talk through things with me. I had such a great experience working with Roman after our house flooded. He was fast and attentive from the start. Always answered my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. He was knowledgeable and helped to ease a stressful situation. He visited the house throughout the job to check on the progress, and Paul Davis couldn’t have carried out a cleaner operation given the circumstances. Would definitely recommend working with Roman and Paul Davis!
