“I underwent spine surgery in 2022, and unfortunately my injury flared up again in 2024. Joining the personal training program at TrainSMART has honestly been life-changing for me.
The trainers truly care about their clients and understand how to work safely while still helping you make real progress. Thanks to Matt, Tae, and Brandon, I’m now feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident than I have in a long time. They were patient, knowledgeable, motivating, and always attentive to my limitations and goals.
I’m doing so well now, and I’m genuinely grateful for the support and guidance I received from the entire team. Highly recommend TrainSMART to anyone looking for professional, personalized training — especially if you’re recovering from injuries or trying to rebuild strength safely.”
