“Excellent service. Attempted clean out of clog in rain water underground water line, but after diligent attempts turned out to be a break in the line, with intrusion of tree roots and resulting build up of mud and debris. Technician then called in his Supervisor, who scoped the line and determined that a 30-35 foot section was completely clogged and replacement of that section would be only practical solution in light of the break. Both the technician and his supervisor were patient, knowledgeable, and informative, making everything clear as to what happened and what needed to be done. Very impressed with both, and the supervisor has provided a proposed contract for the replacement work.“

“Professional Plumbing Resources (Jarrett and Adam) just finished a big project on my duplex. Interior upgrades helped with the funtionalty of the space and brought the plumbing up to code. They removed and updated an old concrete washtub, a sump pump, tied in plumbing from both basements (each with a washtub and sump pump with a block wall between), added a lift pump for the washtub's discharges, and rearranging the layout of pipes to make the spaces more efficent. Outside they tied in the gutters with the new separate sump pump discharges into a bubbler system. There was more involved, they explained each step and left a clean work area each day. They worked until the job was finished, including replacing the concrete that needed to be dug up for the bubbler system. I had an unrelated and unexpected plumbing issue happen as Jarret was leaving and he had it fixed in no time!! I had estimates from a few other companies and I feel that I received the most honest and knowledgable information from PPR. Professional every step of the way.“

“I had an appointment with Temperature Experts on 8-12-25. Will, came out at 10am to do an audit and inspection of my heating, air-conditioning and gas fireplace. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He went through all my systems, made several recommendations and was on his way after about an hour.
He told me the office would call and get my information for National Fuel as they would be reimbursing me for the inspection he had performed.
When the office called I talked to a wonderful woman named Patti. She got all of the relevant information and she filled out the paperwork for the gas company rebate. These people were very professional, prompt and fair. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.“
