Chris installed a new gas line for our gas dryer where there wasn’t one before. We required a new vent in a new location that meant going through a brick wall. He was working on a rainy day as well. The whole day he was nothing but polite and professional. His workmanship alone was five stars. The work was done on a Friday and by the time he left, the workday was over. As my rotten luck would have it, I was running the faucet in my kitchen sink about an hour after he left and noticed the water was not heating up. Chris and his team have been amazing to work with. They were efficient and professional every step of the way. It was a huge project (drain tile, new hung sewer, sump pump, and rework the whole laundry area) and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Hazlett for all your plumping/basement needs!

Quick response to my initial email, with excellent communication thereafter. Able to fit me in the next day. Showed up on time, did what he said he was going to do at the price I was quoted. Would absolutely use again
