Chris, repaired the tub hardware to include the faucet, knobs and addressed the leak. He explained why the old switch and drain could not be accessed and the risk of replacing blindly without ability to visualize the pipes and being able to properly anchor highlighting the risk of pipes breaking. I agreed that there was no issue with the current system except for the rust at the drain ring. He explained how to address with the product I had and after properly cleaning away it could be covered with appropriate sealing to prevent rusting. Edwin did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and left no
Mess. The price was high for what was needed in my opinion but Edwin was great and a solid employee.
