PSS found us the amazing Lugen, who has brought joy and fun back to our mom’s life. Every day they are out and about. Lugen is highly qualified and extremely warm and caring. “I cannot say enough good about this company. I had to hire a 24 hour caregiver for my father when he was hospitalized. I called on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend, and they had somebody in the room with him 4 hours later. All of the other companies I called didn't even answer the phone. On top of that, the office was extremely communicative, checking in with me almost daily and making sure everything was going ok. I'm so grateful for this company and I would give them 10 stars if I could.“

“all metro cares about the money not your loved one. This is unbelievable, my family can't catch a break something always goes wrong with my grandmother due to lack of attention and care from staff. They aren't listening to my family about the terrible care my grandmother gets. They can improve by hiring people who work correctly and not sleep on their overnight shifts. They should listen to families when there is an issue . They should stop taking in clients because they are so under staffed. the list goes on seriously. my grandmother was injured and they are doing nothing about it and their staff was asleep on the job.!!!!!“
