“I called Lena in a panic at 7:30 in the evening. Melaina was at my door by 8:30. We were 3 adults and 2 young children, one with very curly hair. Melaina was able to charm the little ones into sitting to get their hair checked. She patiently treated those of us that needed treating and explained everything clearly.
