Isabella is a wonderful patient coordinator. She has personally helped me so much with countless phone calls and answering all of my questions very informatively. She was with me with at every step of the way informing me and guiding me on what to do next. I’m extremely grateful to her for being so patient with me. Isabella is truly exceptional as a patient coordinator. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes the entire process feel seamless. From the very start, she guided me step by step, making sure I understood everything clearly and felt comfortable with each decision. What I appreciate most is her patience and constant support—any time I had a new question, she was right there with answers and reassurance. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the people she helps, and her compassion and professionalism shine through in everything she does. Having her as a NHTD supervisor made the whole experience much less stressful and so much more reassuring.
