Staff members like Ms. Tiffany James are highly praised for their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile. I had such a pleasant experience at Holliswood Center. The Administrator was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, and that level of professionalism was reflected throughout the entire staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about the residents and the environment they create for them. It’s always wonderful to walk into a facility and immediately feel such a positive atmosphere. Thank you to the Administrator and the entire Holliswood team for such a great experience!
The staff is very courteous and very willing to help make your visit successful my son is coming along and looking forward to his continued progress I had one complaint and that's one of the meals that they brought to him it was missing the meat and it happened to be fish which he really could have used so they just need to make sure that he gets the meals complete meals that he's supposed to have.
