The Holliswood Center is a wonderful place and the staff is attentive to the patient's needs from my vantage point.I visited with a family member, who informed that he liked it and that it's a clean facility. There appeared to be sufficient staff ratio to to provide care for all of the visible patients. In my opinion, all of this matters when a loved one is receiving daily care.Although, it isn't a newly designed facility, it hasn't disappointed as yet. As the ole adage reminds us, "Sometimes an oldie is a goodie".
The office experience was amazing. They were very helpful on the phone and quick to find me a convenient appointment. The office was clean and friendly. The wait was quick. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The Dr was amazing, very knowledgeable and took her time to explain answer all my questions. So happy I found this place.
The hallways in the building are cozy in width, but it was never a problem to navigate around with my mother in her wheelchair. Staff are very friendly, there are vending machines on site for the residents, and there's a grocery store, Burger King, Chinese food, delis and other establishments nearby starting just 1-2 blocks away. Turned out to be a decent choice for her to stay at while her ankle heals.
