I’m honestly upset because DHcare has been playing with my feelings where was Betsy Luciano all this time?! This lady is the bomb. She helped me with my dad’s renewal, set up an aide, guided me through the classes and hiring paperwork, and even gave me the trick to get my dad more hours. DHcare, where were you hiding her? I’m not sure if she’s HR or operations, but this lady rocks. Anyone reading this, go to DHcare and ask for Betsy Luciano she will help you, trust me!
