Did my HHA..Training with this company ..Nurse Mary was expectional professional and highly educated in her field ..Training was hands on which made the class even more enjoyable ..Sophia in HR..was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all aspects of the agency ..I also had a warming interaction with the front desk receptionist as well as with the entire HR department ..
From the moment we walked into Jzanus in West Hempstead..Jerlyn , the receptionist , and Miriam were all attentive and amazingly helpful. Gave info paper work for setting up my moms pt care..Before it even transpired cuz my mom wanted to wait til next Tuesday she got sent to the hospital from bad blood work..Joan called me immediately when she heard my mom was in the hospital. We hadn't even started the aide services yet!! they were too begin Tuesday as my moms wishes before she got admitted..i can only say they are efficient responsive CARING and I would recommend them and as my mom heals in the hospital , if a hospital nurse doesn't come home with her...Jzanus is out… read full review

Our case worker Marianne has listened to all of our concerns in acquiring aides that match our mom’s needs. It is not easy to relinquish care out side if the family to a loved one but
