“Very personable and professional service by Mike. Arrived during the stated time period. Wore ‘booties’ when he entered the house, keeping my floors and rugs clean. No nonsense approach. He assessed the situation,offered the solution then priced it out. Gave us an estimate of the time and manpower it would take then asked when we’d like the work done. We said ASAP since it wasn’t an active leak, he could have a crew here in 3 days. We agreed and the job has been scheduled.
Part 2- 3 days later and Mike and Nick showed up on the earlier side of the promised window. Again, entered our house with the booties on. They originally said it would take about 4 hours when they came for the estimate but they wrapped it up in a little less than 2. They replaced a rusted sewer line and several feeds to it that were also rusted. We had just painted the room white and sealed the floor after some minor flooding in the basement. To look at the space, you never would have known they had been there. They had brought drop clothes with them and set those up everywhere. When they were finished, I couldn't find a single spot on the walls or the floor. Super clean workmanship. Theirs is a number we are keeping in our go to repair book. I highly recommend them. I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews. They earn them everyday.“

This is a family business, with the clear commitment and desire by all involved to build a professionally run firm that is well suited for working with homeowners. I’ve met the owner, Jason, his son Jason, and their supporting team member Alberto. They are sincere, helpful, clear(!), fair, honest, neat (everything was carefully cleaned) and clearly in command of their plumbing skill. I had a tough job for them, and they kept at it until everything was resolved optimally and efficiently given the tight space challenges. I didn’t know them since they were sent to fix a leak by the general contractor who did my bathroom, but I’m planning to make them my plumber for all future needs, including annual service on the boiler and tankless hot water heater (which requires expertise). “Jim and his team have done a number of jobs for us in our house over the last few years including adding an extension on our house, multiple bathroom remodels, basement remodeling after signifcant water damage, mold removal and protection from 3 bedrooms, new driveway and front railing and more. “I used this company the 1st time many years ago to put in new line under my front lawn from street to the house, job completed well. Used again more recently for a line adjacent to my sidewalk. I was out of state and had to handle this via phone. I was given a price which I accepted. After the job, I was told the job was less than anticipated and it would only be half the price quoted. “My old house water main valve was "frozen" stuck. I got two quotes to fix it.The first company proposed just changing out the valve. They quoted 30% lower than Rudco, BUT they didn't address my 1950s galvanized water main line to house.Rudco's quote covered the full job - doing it right. Steve at Rudco said he would not do it any other way than the right way, as if it was his own house. Steve said there was risk that a valve-only job could fail.So I went with Rudco. They did a great job, and didn't even need to dig up the grass or disturb anything - using a mechanical extruder to replace the line. So, I have a new line from the city service right through to the interior of my house.Rudco impressed me and gave me peace of mind.“
