“The absolute best gym on Long Island. A HUGE facility. Two mat areas, a full gym, full size cage and 20 heavy bags, this truly is a powerhouse of an MMA gym. The instructors are all pro fighters or retired pro fighters so the quality of teaching is top notch. Classes all throughout the day. Early morning, morning, early evening and night classes so the age old excuse of “i don’t have time” doesn’t work. If you want to train, they’re there training. Willing and able to help!
