This Tae Kwon Do center is great. My son loves going. He has been going since he was 5. We saw the demonstration team at one of the Lindenhurst fairs. Started out with Tiger kids and is now in the Child program. Master Sailor and Master Alex are great instructors. Instructor Karen is the first person you see when arriving. They instill the discipline these kids need. You greet all the staff with a bow and either “Hello ma’am” or “Hello sir”. My son is currently on his orange belt. Grand Master KY Lee Tae Kwon Do has helped to make a positive impact in my daughter’s life and in turn our family life as a whole. The entire staff is amazing, offering support and encouragement every step of the way. From the very moment I checked out the dojang to see if it might be a good fit for my daughter, I knew that I came across a special, inspirational place. I would highly recommend the dojang especially if you are looking to build up your child’s confidence and self-discipline. It’s a positive place to be for sure!
It’s comforting to see the overall dynamic the dojang offers when it comes to the children and understanding their needs, wants, and concerns. I really want to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone; you all have been so patient and understanding. I have seen the changes in my son overtime and it’s elating and a pleasure to watch! I am just upset we didn’t start sooner.
