So glad that I found Trigon... amazing gym, people, and trainers! Sensei John has cultivated an atmosphere that encourages friendship, hard work, mutual support, and attention to detail. Clean mats, friendly people, and skillful trainers.. Everyone can benefit from the novice to experts. Trigon is a 5 out of 5!!

When I planned to put my daughter with martial arts my first thoughts were I will check all schools since they all offer free first classes and chose one. Trigon was the second school we have tried and we instantly fell in love with it. I didn't check any further and decided to sign up my daughter here. Also this place was packed and I could tell they all loved it and Anna, my daughter, loved it too!Pros: they work with every kid and make sure that they are doing everything right. Sometimes the classes last not 45 mins but a full hour which means the give more than they promise.Cons: no tournaments.My daughter loved this place so much that she wanted to go to their summer...read full review

Trigon Academy is a phenomenal place for Well structured, detailed and challenging martial arts training, Sensei John and the other instructors are passionate and focused on providing the best training possible for their students. They have created a very welcoming atmosphere for everyone who steps on the mats to train . Great place to start your training !
