I've meant to review this place for so long, and now I have a little free time. I just picked my Bouvier Des Flandres up from a groomer in Seattle tonight. There was no rhyme or reason to his haircut. He looked like an abstract painting, and that's not a compliment. I've heard it before: "He's so hard to groom! He doesn't sit still!" I know that. And that's why I wish I still lived in NYC, because I swear, the woman who groomed our Bouvier at Honey's was some kind of dog whisperer, and I've compared every groomer to her since then. First impressions: The place was very calm and we really appreciated the groomer's warm and caring personality. We left knowing thatChester was in great hands. Wowza! We couldn't believe how spotless and well groomed Chester was after his treatment. Simply amazing job with the groomer! Lil C was matted and scruffy (with "monster paws"), but came out looking like a pup (impressive for being 12 years old!). I’m so incredibly happy to have found such a great place nearby!! Cute store with quick service and many food and toy options.All the people who work here are so friendly and I could just tell even from my first time going there and meeting them, that they are serious animal lovers! Seriously, I feel so relieved to have found a place that I know is taking good care of my pup. They have sent me photos of her playing with other dogs and it was nice to know she wasn’t being neglected. There are so many doggy daycares that are run by carefree people who ignore the dogs ALL DAY. This place is not that!!
