“Our go to place for daycare and boarding in Montclair.<br><br>We moved to Montclair at the end of March 2026 and went and toured and talked with two other facilities in the area and the immediate friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility along with the different options for boarding were key to why we chose Pups @ Play. However, what confirmed our choice was seeing our two pups excitement each time we dropped them off for daycare.”

“My dog gets so excited when we pull in the driveway of the facility. We have done the beginners 5 session and have already seen improvement in our dog’s behavior. He also uses up a ton of energy in the 4 hours so he comes home calm and relaxed. Met with some of the trainers and they were knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the program. We can’t wait to see the progress he makes as we continue.”
“Before choosing Le Pooch Chateau, we tried several daycare and boarding facilities and even did trial stays at different places. The moment I walked into Le Pooch Chateau, I knew it was the perfect place for Aiwa. The facility is cage-free, extremely clean, and truly feels like a home away from home for dogs.<br><br>What gave us the most peace of mind was the daily updates. Throughout Aiwa’s 21-night stay, we received photos and videos that reassured us she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away.<br><br>The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and accommodating. They treated Aiwa as if she were their own dog, and that means everything to us. When we picked her up, she was happy, healthy, and honestly seemed to miss all the friends she made during her stay!<br><br>Leaving your fur baby for an extended period can be stressful, but Le Pooch Chateau made the entire experience worry-free. “Fido Fidelis has truly made me a better person and a better dog owner—this review is long overdue. It’s a long one, but worth the read.<br><br>We started working with Fido Fidelis in 2022, and Pete has been training our dogs for nearly four years. His specialty is working with “challenging” dogs—those who are human-reactive, dog-reactive, struggle with separation anxiety, and more. Simply put, he is the best in the business.<br><br>Pete is fantastic with puppy training and general behavior work. He helped train our blue heeler/schnauzer mix puppy in just two weeks and played a crucial role in helping our high-energy pup successfully integrate into our family. But his impact didn’t stop there.<br><br>Our older dog, Rio (a pit mix), had a difficult past—she was attacked as a puppy by a resource-guarding dog at a dog park, which made her reactive around other dogs. For over a year, we worked with Pete to help her tolerate others, knowing she didn’t need to love every dog, but needed to coexist peacefully. When we decided to rescue our second dog, Bailey, in June 2023, Pete was our very first call.<br><br>He not only refreshed Rio’s foundational training but thoughtfully used that process—alongside Bailey’s training—to help Rio understand that Bailey was a friend, not a threat. Within weeks, the two became inseparable. They now play, cuddle, and genuinely enjoy each other’s company—something we once weren’t sure was possible.<br><br>Even more impressive, Rio has begun forming positive relationships with other dogs. With Pete’s guidance, we’ve taken things slowly and intentionally, and she’s now comfortable with select dogs. We’ve even started fostering, which would have been unimaginable before working with him.<br><br>So how does Pete do it?<br><br>His approach is incredibly well-rounded. He doesn’t just train dogs—he trains owners. He uses a balanced, thoughtful methodology (including the four quadrants of training), tailoring his approach to each individual dog and household. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution here—Pete meets you and your dog exactly where you are.<br><br>We’ve been through a lot with our dogs, and honestly, I don’t know where we’d be without Pete. If I could give Fido Fidelis 100 stars, I would. After four years of working together, I recommend him to everyone I meet without hesitation.”
“My furchild is very discerning when it comes to people. He hadn't had the best experience with a vet, and I am so thankful to have found West Orange Animal Hospital. He fell in love, at first sight, with the vet techs and Dr. Dick! He was comfortable lying on the floor with his head on the vet tech's lap. Dr. Dick was gentle informative, thorough and made sure my dog was comfortable with each step. WOAH clearly has a love for animals and a deep respect for the people who love their pets. They embue trust and confidence in the animals and thelir guardians.”

“I can’t say enough amazing things about Gloria and the staff at Besties For Paws. I don’t know if I left a review already but I’m leaving another one if I did lol my baby boy Brock loves it there and he’s always happy when he comes home and tired, which is a blessing because that means he is getting his exercise and playing with the other dogs. The facility is very clean. They do activities with the dogs and they really do care about the Dogs. I highly recommend anyone that needs a drop off daycare, regular daycare and pet transport to go to Besties For Paws.”
“After many visits to Arlington Dog and Cat hospital, they have been very consistent in being a clean, friendly and an accommodating environment. The support staff are very nice and always take the time to speak with me and listen to my concerns. The Veterinarians on staff are all very knowledgeable and take the time to address the issue. The prices are the prices. Arlington D&C is relatively affordable considering the cost of pet healthcare.”
“Pat has been an amazing mentor as we navigated the adolescence stage with our mini Dachshund as first time dog parents. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and humorous which we appreciated greatly. We attended all of the group puppy classes at larger pet stores and did not see the behavior changes we were looking for until we started sessions with Pat. We loved that he allowed us to bring in other family members who also spend a lot of time with our dog so they could be trained on how to appropriately handle him too. Working with Pat has given us confidence and optimism that we needed as first time dog parents. 10/10 recommend.”
“This was our first visit with our little budgie named chirpy. She’s afraid of everyone. However, when Dr. E held her she was so calm. He has a wonderful connection with animals. He is kind and gives you choices through his recommendations of how to help your pet. Dr. E called back several times the days following our visit to check on chirpy and her progress. “I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel welcome and at ease. My dog struggles with severe anxiety, but the vet and the vet techs treated him with such incredible patience and genuine care. It didn't feel like a standard check-up; it felt like we were a team working together to make sure my dog was comfortable and happy. They truly looked at him like a dog they wanted to help, not just a patient. It’s such a relief to know he’s in the hands of people who clearly love what they do.”
“I highly recommend Hugo as a professional dog trainer. He trained my pitbull who was deaf & did an amazing job with him. Back in November I rescued a Cane Corso who was extremely aggressive and reactive. But through the proper obedience training & personal protection and bite work he completely transformed him into an extremely well behaved dog. I can take him anywhere in public and even the mall off leash he’s really amazing. Our next step is to introduce him into the dog sport of PSA”
“Mr. Rosa is the absolute best!!! Hands down!!!! He trained my stubborn Rottie, Harley, (God rest her soul) in 1 weeks time and now my 2 absolutely crazy pittie mixes. He trained them in 1 hour. The difference between them before and after is astounding!!! They are like 2 new well trained dogs. I even was able to walk them myself for a half mile and that wasn't even our main focus of training. Mr. Rosa, I am forever grateful to you for your amazing work. We get pictures of him when we’re on vacation and pick up and drop off is always a breeze. As nervous and scared as he is (which makes me worry about him) I know he’s always in good hands with Jenny.
