“I met Elizabeth in 2016 walking my Apple on e85th street. She told me about Paws on Park and we needed a walker. I think we started a few weeks later. Elizabeth is the best. Apple loved her daily walks and I knew Apple was in good hands. The paws reports we received after the walk was a highlight in my day. Elizabeth also stayed w Apple for a week during thanksgiving week in 2016. I was nervous leaving Apple but I knew she was in good hands. Apple had a great week. “We’ve been using NY tails for 3 years now for my difficult pup and they’ve been amazing! They’re very easy to schedule and I appreciate that they try and stick with the same walker if you use them on a consistent basis (I’ve had 2 now that my dog absolutely has loved - and they’ve been so kind and loving with my baby!) Their prices are fair and they give a discount if you use them at least 16x a month. I also appreciate they have a rule where they won’t have more than a certain amount of dogs on the walk (I think it’s 3 or 4?) - so I know they can pay attention to my dog. When my dog didn’t like a particular walker, they made a note and didn’t have them come again which made me feel relieved. They also can find a walker 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - which is great! I feel calm knowing they’re taking good care of my dog. I definitely recommend!“

“Adam always goes above and beyond for us when caring for our dog. CityWags is a very dedicated pet care company. The service is exceptional - it feels as though family is taking care of our dog, not a pet care company, because they are SO good with her. They always look out for any health issues, their priority is to make the dog feel as happy as they are at home, in fact sometimes our dog seems like she wants to go to spend a weekend/week with Adam more than with us! She runs in circles and wags her tail and jumps up with excitement when she sees him. He has let us know about things he has noticed health wise and has even taken her to the vet out of concern if we are away if necessary. He has helped with training and behavior issues and keeps her healthy with lots of walks and exercise. She is spoiled rotten by CityWags and we would never trust her with anyone else. I am always a willing reference if anyone would like one - we are truly super loyal clients!“

“My husband and I could not recommend Dog City enough. Our Golden Doodle, Carlos, began going to “school” at Dog City starting at 6 months old during the week and sometimes stay at “The Inn” for boarding. Carlos was so happy and excited to go every day and loved his Dog City family. Even better, we were residents at The Tate in Chelsea and benefited from Carlos being picked up and dropped off each day. We felt so happy and calm to be able to have Carlos there while we were at work or traveling. Dog City gave us daily report cards with pictures and updates that we always looked forward to! Carlos made many friends, both dog and human, and Carlos is a better socialized dog because of his time spent at Dog City.

“Our dog was terrified of going to the groomer after some negative experiences at other groomers. Upon picking her up from Throw me a Bone, I have never seen her happier post grooming. Not only was she happy to see me, she was incredibly affectionate with the groomer—a clear sign they had treated her gently, kindly, and with love. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Biscuit and baths at Yorkville Is Cooper’s favorite place. He loves Gianna and Ashley so much that in the mornings when I’m leaving the home and getting him into the car, he knows where he is going. Gianna shows so much love to Cooper and I’m sure that she is like that with all of the Dogs that she works with. In the mornings, when Cooper sees Ashley he goes crazy, wagging his tail and jumping. He is always happy to see her. That tells me that they show love and really care about all the dogs that they are responsible for throughout the day.
