John was awesome as was the man he sent to handle a mouse infestation in my BF's apartment. We were away for a few weeks and got the opposite of a warm welcome home. John talked me through options and was the ONLY exterminator who seemed prepared to not only do a inspection but help clog entry points during that first visit. This was huge because as you can imagine urgency was key for me. We have a dog and all options kept his safety in mind. Thank you!

I have had such a good experience with Pest Pro through messaging about what we thought was a bedbug that in fact turned out not to be. John was generous with his time for a confused, scattered potential client, and helpfully identified via picture that we were not dealing with bedbugs. I so appreciate his patience, generosity, and good, ethical business practice--he ultimately advised against inspection/treatment.
