Let’s just say I woke up with a serious bed bug scare. I called several companies with glowing google reviews and M&M picked up. Daniel talked to me and said he could get someone in my apartment as early as 3:30pm! On top of that, he was so kind and did an excellent job of keeping me calm. I paid $300+ NY state tax to specifically have a dog come to my apartment and inspect (the lowest cost on the market for these trained/certified dogs). Jason and Riley the beagal went through every nook and cranny of my room, as well as every other room in the apartment for a good half hour and no bugs or eggs! Spoke with Stephanie from M&M, and she was fantastic. Very empathetic to my situation and walked me through the steps. She was very patient as our call was going in and out and it didn't seem to annoy her. Justin and Herbie (the guys who came to inspect our home with the canine) were very respectful during this time of covid. Came with gloves and a mask, and inspected our home thoroughly. Update: I received a text from Justin from the company to follow up. Unfortunately my management company already had a contract with another company so I couldn't use M&M, but I wish they had! I don't usually write reviews but this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had and I definitely have to share! It is a nerve-racking experience having to have bed bug inspectors come but Herbie was able to make it a pleasant experience. He was efficient, helpful, knowledgable and extremely kind. It also helps that Dexter the dog is super cute and I got to pet and hug him after his work was done! It was worth every penny to have the peace of mind of no bugs in the apt! Thank you again!
