“Just had an amazing experience and Metropolitan Locksmith! Walked in randomly and Danny was so nice helping me out with copies of my keys and giving me advice on what to get since I was worried about getting locked out of my apartment after leaving my keys inside. Highly recommend stopping in here. He is so kind and helpful!”
“Revolving door service call for a building on Seventh Avenue in Midtown. The tech identified the issue with the brake mechanism within about fifteen minutes of arrival. The repair was handled that day and the door cycle is back to normal. No drama, no overselling.”
“The sales team provided good service, they explained things well and were easy to work with. I can't say enough about the installers Martin and Lucio. They were very nice, professional and diligent. They did a great job installing the safe in a difficult space.”
