The gentleman of Paragon were polite & considerate. They called ahead w/a time update & also showed up on time. They explained what had to be done & patiently waited until I cleared the way for them to work. My door is 100% better. I felt silly asking for help w/it but I’m glad that I did. The clean up done afterwards was much appreciated.
Yoav was an spectacular technician with a fantastic personality. His handiwork was quick in terms of fixing the problem we had here at the our building. If we were to have any other problems in the future, I would highly recommend him for the job!
