Our lock on our door broke and Popeye came immediately! He was able to completely replace the lock, offered options on 2 price points, and offered long term recommendations without any pressure. Excellent service and thoughtful attention!
Thank goodness for Popeye's, their service came in absolutely clutch for me this weekend!! They have excellent responsiveness & timeliness - I will definitely be calling these guys again if their expertise is ever needed!
I recently had an issue with my gate/entry-exit lock. I called Popeye's locksmith for the first time and they responded immediately. I sent them pictures of the damaged lock and they came to take a look . They went to the supplier and installed it was a quick turnaround. Problem solved for a reasonable cost. Will do business again very professional and friendly and fast.
