I think Aero locksmith is the best locksmith on the Upper East Side. A couple of years ago, they replaced the hinge on the front door to my parent’s apartment and replaced the door handle. They charged around $200 for the whole job, and the door still works—two years later! Another locksmith gave an estimate way higher for the same job. Glad I went to Aero.

I highly recommend Aero Locksmith! After hours of researching locks online for my new store, I was referred there for their expertise and great prices. Frank was very patient with my many questions and took the time to walk me through the various options. They were very honest about their products, and I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured. He even offered a cheaper option that used the same technology, saving me more than 50%. Their prices were already noticeably lower than those in my neighborhood as well, so the trip was definitely worth it. I feel relieved knowing my investment is safer, and I will be going there for my locks in the future.

After 3 months of contractors in and out of our prewar building apt. we discover the front door does not function at all, at times almost staying locked if we were on the outside or the inside. Steve from Aero Locksmith came, took the old time lock apart, found a broken part, went to his shop and found a replacement and put it in. It works like new. He is the real deal! They not only fix, they repair. The best!
