I called umbrella locksmith for a new high security multi lock deadbolt for a lock on my gate. They send me a technician over the same day. Their tech showed up on time, installed the lock, andhanded me the keys. Very professional company. I will definitely use them again.
Classic definition of professional: I came in a few days ago with a broken desk key which was twisted in a way that made it almost difficult to replace. The gentleman took almost 30 minutes out of the middle of his day to try, try and try again to get the key to be copied and repaired. In that time a potential customer in a rush came in and when she asked how long it would take, the gentleman said that she would have to wait while he assisted me. After it was all said and done, he charged me only 9 bucks! This place is a true gem in the Upper East Side. I will definitely do business with them again!
