“I cannot recommend Couture Clean NY enough. My lace second look developed mold across the neckline and chest while my husband and I were traveling after our wedding. Two other cleaners told me it couldn't be fully removed without damaging the lace, and I was devastated.
Couture Clean got it out completely. The dress came back whiter than the day I bought it, with no damage to the lace. They were communicative and easy to work with the entire time.
I actually cried when I opened it because I couldn't believe it. I'm now trusting them with my actual wedding gown, which says everything. Thank you CC NY!!!”
