But the reason I will be a loyal customer for as long as they are open is because of Silvia. She is incredibly professional and also very kind and friendly. She remembers faces and names, does her best to help with any requests or questions, she always makes sure everything is right with the orders, and is truly just a delightful and wonderful person. She makes coming in to get my clothes altered and cleaned something to look forward to!“

“I cannot say enough great things about Chic Cleaners. I was using someone else in Astoria and am so glad that I decided to go elsewhere. Recently I brought a stained fuzzy cardigan to Frank and he put in immense time and care to get the stain out and restore the cardigan. Additionally, I have a pair of trousers that have smelled bizarre since I purchased them. Nevertheless I explained this to Frank and he was able to get rid of the smell whereas others could not.
