Josh provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! When I showed him the stains, he took time to explain different aspects of the dry cleaning process to help me understand why it may be impossible to remove the stains given the type of fabric. He also identified structural damage to the dress (scratches) that I hadn’t noticed. Rather than quickly accept the product, which would’ve been wasteful spending on my end, he was honest and advised discarding the item. Honesty, care, and expertise like that is hard to find. On top of all of this, he was extremely friendly! I’ll definitely be back
