Terry altered two bridesmaids dresses for me. One dress was entirely too small, wouldn’t come close to zipping, and needed to be altered in a weeks time. The other dress needed to be taken in and hemmed. Terry did beautiful work with both dresses. He was kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating with my schedule. I've been using Swan Cleaners for two years now. Not only is the owner the greatest at getting out any stain possible, but he can literally do anything for you in one day if necessary.He treats each person as though they are so special.I am petite and always need him for alterations. He makes long cocktail dresses into a tiny 00. It looks like a different dress after he does his magic. He makes pants into shorts. Hand down, Swans Cleaners is the best in the neighborhood. I've been going here for drop off laundry, dry cleaning, and tailoring. Terry is not only professional and extremely skilled at tailoring and alterations (have brought multiple pants, sports coats, and suits), but a genuinely nice person. I honestly couldn't recommend it more.
