VC Cleaners Madison Ave is one of the best dry cleaning and tailoring shops in Manhattan. The staff, including the manager, are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The owner provides great service and is kind and timely. Clothes come out neat and clean. The shop offers the most convenient place to get clothes tailored with same day service at an affordable price. They fixed a dress incorrectly tailored by someone else beautifully and in a short timeframe. They repaired a hole in a dress and restored it to almost brand new. Another customer had a dress done for a pageant within a week, fast and just how they liked it. The results were excellent. All in all, great service and people.
I came in to have my uniform shirt hemmed, and the results were excellent. The tailor did a fantastic job, and the entire staff including the manager were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. This is truly one of the best dry cleaning and tailoring shops in Manhattan. Highly recommend!
If there's anywhere you go to, let it be VC Cleaners. Nanci, the owner, is so kind and timely. She provided great service and conversation, which was especially nice after encountering many rude people during my search. If you're like me and value the interactions you have with establishments you buy from, I'd strongly recommend this place. Clothes came out neat and clean, with only a couple of negligible wrinkles. All in all, great service and people.
I came in with a dress that was incorrectly tailored by someone else and ended up ripping while I was wearing it on vacation. After having the ripped dress in my closet for months, I came from Brooklyn since a friend referred me here!
They fixed the dress beautifully and in a short timeframe, and I’m so grateful for their help!
