The best customer service you’ve ever seen. Very attentive and always high quality work. I went once with a tear in my suit pants and he just fixed it immediately and didn’t charge me because it was so quick.

I could not be more pleased with the tailoring services I received - I had a Canada Goose parka with a broken double zipper that I wanted replaced with a single zipper. Rolando spent a great deal of time with me trying to figure out which zipper to use and what they could actually do for me, and was up front about the price (which although seemed high at first, upon reflection was completely reasonable given the amount of careful work it entailed). I ended up buying a replacement zipper on amazon and bringing it in and the work they did was AMAZING! And done in exactly the time they said it would be done. I live in the neighborhood and Roland and McMb have become my go-to cleaners. I've had clothing cleaned and tailoring done, all in a timely manner with pleasant service. These guys are great!!
