“We did the whole first floor, new kitchen and a powder room. It’s open now, much more counter space, and the flow into the dining room finally makes sense. The powder room is small but they didn’t cut corners on it. Permits and inspections were all handled, we never dealt with the town once. Same guy who did our first walkthrough was there at the end for the punch list.”
“After talking to a few contractors
we ended up choosing AtoZ and
we're really glad we did. They completely remodeled our co-op in Chelsea from top to bottom.
Brana managed the project and
was great to work with. There were a couple things we changed during construction and they handled it without making it into a headache. Big thanks also to Shevy for dealing with all the building paperwork and permits because I had no interest in figuring that stuff out myself lol.
The apartment looks incredible.”
