“This past year, I worked with Klein K&B on a full kitchen renovation, and I am very pleased with the outcome. The space is somewhat awkward due to the challenges posed by the building's floor plan and infrastructure. Klein was able to develop some excellent solutions, especially regarding the lighting and cabinetry, ensuring the space doesn't feel too closed in. The designer, Abela, was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job with the layout and overall look. “Jakub and his team were amazing!! They handled the coop rigamarole like pros! My kitchen was complicated as there was really nothing there, the space was unusual so the cabinets were 100% custom. Tomek the milliner did a beautiful job with all the weird space. Jakub was responsive to my every question and focus on minor tiny things. He wants to make the customer happy and will not stop until you are there. He handled the crazy plumbing stuff in my building with grace and the surprises in the ceiling with creativity. They installed a new wood floor and brought me sample after sample until we matched the color in the living room. Finally, he is extremely detail oriented and doesn't lose anything. Very reassuring. The 2nd time around, he worked on my moms apartment for me. He re-painted the entire apartment, re-grouted all the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, removed the popcorn ceiling from all the rooms and added track lights to the living room ceiling and removed and installed the blinds in the bedroom & ceiling.

“Just the best. I had Ray do two renovations for me over the 20 years I lived in my 2 bedroom pre-war coop.
Nothing is more charming than Prewar, but nothing has more issues with old walls, old floors, old pipes on and on. Ray made my apartment not only gorgeous, but had amazing ideas for making it highly functional.
He has the vision of an architect. He opened up the apartment, by removing unnecessary small walls and widened doorways and passage ways. My bathroom is like a spa. The stall shower is no more a stall, but a glass enclosed wet room. So while he updated for modern day convenience, he retained old-world details, like the original tub which was made to look new. The apartment tended to be dark, but with all the opened spaces it is now lighter and brighter. My kitchen is a dream, my floors are gorgeous, and even the closet where he installed my washer/dryer is somehow more roomy than before it had a washer/dryer inside it.“
