My family just finished renovating our three story house with Modern Citi Group. We had a great experience, both the construction and communication were impeccable. The team was responsive and helpful. Anyone who has done a renovation knows- finding a good contractor is hard. We had already fired one, and were having a difficult time getting reasonable quotes or finding a contractor who understood the vision when I got referred to Modern Citi Group. They were patient as we went through numerous revisions to the scope and design, provided beautiful “what you see is what you get” visualizations, and were able to start construction right away.
